Expert Usability Reviews

Our expert usability reviews provide an efficient and relatively quick way to identify the main user interface problems on your website; section of your website; or online application.

Each of our usability consultants has extensive experience in interface design and analysis, allowing them to pinpoint potential issues.

The review process is a heuristic evaluation, based our experience of user-centred design, and on international best practice in usability and human-computer interaction studies.

The outcome of the Expert Usability Review will be a detailed report, with issues and solutions, tailored to suit your particular request.

What’s Best, To Review or to Test?

User Testing is almost always useful, but sometimes it isn’t practical, due to time constraints or other reasons, and a review or audit may be a better option. Reviews are particularly beneficial when:

• The design is at the prototype or testing stage
• You want to check on a specific task or goal (e.g. Will users have difficulty entering their credit card details on this form?)
• You are working to a tight schedule and need feedback quickly
• You want advice on proposed new features/functions
• Design is not developed enough to warrant testing
