For most businesses, usability only becomes important when
a) a site is about to launch or
b) a site is already live, and is experiencing problems.

Making changes at the end of a website or application’s life-cycle are much more difficult, and costly, than making them at the earlier stages.

How It Works

We will carry out one or more exercises, as follows:

• Conduct card-sorting exercises and create an Information Architecture
• Review designs or early stage applications
• Create user profiles, use cases and user scenarios
• Build and iterate wireframe prototypes
• Conduct user testing
• Create users’ “mental models” and applying these to the design
