Heuristic Approach

The Design or Prototype Review is essentially a heuristic analysis; we will examine the design for known the known causes of usability issues. Our approach is based on international standards and best practice, as well as our own extensive understanding of usability.

We then document our findings and suggest a solution for each usability issue identified.
